Eastern Canada + couple of pallets of standard products = couple of days

As the coco fiber is not a local product you should laway plan a long way in advance (3-4 months).  We may have some stock on hand.  But should not rely on it, as this product is having multiple specification. We only keep optimized stock to support our existing customers.  But all main order should to be planned in advance.

Optimize your orders

To optimize your orders you should place several orders at once.

Then any time after, you can modify the exact quantity by +/- 20% for any products at the time of delivery to fit your inventory.  You can also modify delivery date by +/- 15 days from original ship date. On the logistic document, you can ask for a "call prior of shipping" to do those adjustments. 

Limitation

• You never can modify quantity ordered to custom products. 

• Our quote need to be originally identified as is to allow those adjustments.

• Quantity added are limited to available stock and subject to spot price.

Multiple delivery dates

If you are ordering large quantity it may take from a couple of days to several months to plan the start of delivery. We keep our stock optimized for our established customers.  So large quantity cannot be delivered until the logistic had been set to include your needs in our schedule.  Also, to be cost efficient, some delivery may need to be planned to your location from the manufacturer. Note that you can request deliveries on different dates  throughout the year!
