Tempest™ non-foaming alkaline cleaner for the cleaning of oil, grease and biofilm inside boiler heaters in water horticultural greenhouse.
Application: Generally, the new lines contain oils and other lubricants for use as well as ferrous oxide produced by surface corrosion. Before commissioning the system, the piping must be cleaned to remove these materials so that the surface is ready to receive corrosion-resistant chemicals in the water systems. As a pre-operational cleaning agent, Tempest has demonstrated its effectiveness in removing oils and machining residues from newly installed pipes. Its cleaning action prevents corrosion when corrosion inhibitors are properly applied. In addition, organic deposits and biofilms are quickly removed, avoiding "fouling".
