Why there is a minimum ? The reason is simple, those tube are not expensive, the time involved in creating a specific quote will lead to more cost than the online calculator, so we will not be able to offer any discount.
Of course, if quantities increase or destination cannot be calculated by the online system you, can ask us to do it for you, but the cost won't be cheaper.

Remember, shipping price is calculated per "destination and date" and merging products together is a good way to reduce your cost.

If you require an order of a couple of rolls to deliver in eastern Canada of unpunch tubes. You can generally place your order a couple of days in advance.
If your order is larger or is custom punched, then you should consider more lead time, from 4-5 days to a couple of weeks. We keep our stock optimized for our established customers and we are limited about production capacity. So large quantity cannot be delivered until the logistic and production schedule had been set to include your needs..
Note that you can request deliveries on different dates throughout the year!
