This is a sleeve on which a punch is screwed, the punch size is chosen according to the type of dripper to be inserted into the irrigation tubing. The punch pierces a hole exactly the right dripper size which prevents water leakage. The sleeve is provided with a moving handle for easy removal of the plastics expedient present inside the punch following drilling. Ejector style hole punch.
