F-301 NCNP® all-in-one treatment for the interior of water heating boiler pipes in horticultural greenhouses. Protection for boiler systems.
- Ensures the conditioning of boiler water and the prevention of corrosion in condensate lines
- Easy to test (with test kit sold separately) for fast and easy determination of product level
- No mixing required
- Does not contain chromates or phosphates
Characteristics :
- Prevents tartar build-up: Tartar formation is prevented by plymer elements that disperse sludge and crystal components. Used in conjunction with proper blowing, NCNP acts as effective tartar preventive.
- Effective Heat Transfer: Limestone deposits prevent efficient heat transfer as they act as insulators. NCNP counteracts this accumulation.
- Reduces energy costs: Saves energy by preventing energy-laden limestone buildup. NCNP reduces water and sewer expenses by allowing greater reuse of water.
- Safe for the environment: Without cromates or phophates, NCNP complies with the Clean Water Act guidelines for heavy metal emanations. Does not contain heavy metals that can contribute to water pollution.
- Protects against damage from rust and corrosion: Fortified with special inhibitors to protect metal surfaces, NCNP increases alkalinity to maintain a pH above the level of corrosion. The oxygen evacuators prevent bites and corrosion caused by dissolved tanks.
