Our films are manufactured in Agripolyane plant and out of the factory as giant tubes. To facilitate transportation, tubes of different diameters are all folded to form 56" wide rolls. They arrive at GHL as jumbo rolls ("Masterolls") of tubes of different diameters. Our machines can cut the tubes to form sheets (eg, a tube 12' cut into a sheet of 24' wide) or two sheets on the same roll (eg a tube 12' cut into 2 sheets of 12' wide). Our machines cut and re-roll the film according to the length you need (minimum length: 50'). Each roll is then packaged in a cardboard box on which is affixed a traceability sticker. |
