The IRROMETER FLUID concentrated tensiometer filling solution should be diluted before use at a rate of 1 cap per gallon (3.79 liters) of water. Its green color makes it easy to visually check the fluid level inside the tensiometer.
For the small tensiometer model "MLT", the use of a syringe (sold separately) is recommended to facilitate filling.
Once the tensiometer is full, air must be removed using a manual vacuum pump or syringe (both sold separately).
