Our films are manufactured in Klerks plant and out of the factory as giant tubes. To facilitate transportation, tubes of different diameters are all folded to form 8 'wide rolls. They arrive at GHL as jumbo rolls ("Masterolls") of tubes of different diameters. Our machines can cut the tubes to form sheets (eg, a tube 12' cut into a sheet of 24' wide) or two sheets on the same roll (eg a tube 12' cut into 2 sheets of 12' wide). Our machines cut and re-roll the film according to the length you need (minimum length: 50'). Each roll is then packaged in a cardboard box on which is affixed a traceability sticker. |
