Our films are manufactured at the Klerks factory in the form of giant tubes. To facilitate transport, the tubes of different diameters are all folded to form 8' wide rolls. They arrive at Groupe Horticole Ledoux in the form of giant rolls ("Masterolls") of tubes of different diameters. Our machines can cut the tubes to form sheets (example: a 12' tube cut into a 24' wide sheet) or two sheets on the same roll (example: a 12' tube cut into two 12' wide sheets). Our machines also cut and rewind the film to the length you need (minimum length: 50'). Each roll is then packaged in a cardboard box on which a traceability sticker is affixed. |
