En cas de rupture de stock: Usually kept in stock, will be available soon

Ideal for very coarse soils and non-soil container-media such as in greenhouses crops or where rapidly changing soil water status needs to be observed.  Includes a replaceable Quick-Flo (blue).

The model "MLT" tensiometer is ideal for very coarse soils and potting substrates. Its size makes it a good choice for taking reading in small pots.

    • For optimal irrigation management
    • Measures the tension of a substrate (water availability) on a window from 0 to 100 kPa. This
sensor requires an electronic interface (control computer or controller) for an accurate reading of
      the tension of the substrate.
    • When using the combined STERLING + tensiometer + stand-alone controller, you can set the
STERLING to wait for a desired tension before irrigation begins to limit the cracking of
      tomatoes and promote deeper roots.
    • In addition, a producer who is scheduled to be absent may program the stand-alone
Retains afternoon irrigation schemes if the plant has not consumed water
Available due, for example, to the presence of clouds.

Model MLT (miniature low tension) + RSU-C block 0-100 (kPa)
Include Tensiometer and RSU block with wire 1/8'' NPT x about 2.5 '' long
Height from the bottom of the tube to the hole for the RSU block 6''
    Total height 7''
    Tensiometer tube diameter 0.5"
RSU block reading window 0-100 kPa
    Supply 9–36 VDC
    Output (current) 4-20mA
    Calibration 4-20mA = 0-34 kPa (0.471 mA per kPa)
